What a great day! Our students were treated to a "face to face" meeting, virtually, with Deborah Wiles, author of the book Kent State. Our students asked great questions of the author! Huge thank you to Ms. Kacer, Mrs. McCauley, and Mrs. Donlan for putting this together.

My travels as Principal continue on this rainy Friday. The weekend is almost here...but the learning continues. Today, Senorita Chapman was working with our Spanish I students and discussing things they like to do... in Spanish of course!

Our Agriculture Dept. has been busy! Our FFA members helped out at the Hinckley Area Food Pantry. Mrs. Sanderson and Mr. Brewington helped students pick apples from our Royal Orchard and our Horticulture classes are diving into floral design!

Today's golf meets have been cancelled. A reschedule date will be announced when it is set. #HBRUpdate

My travels today took me to Mrs. Larsen's Programming class where she did an awesome job "remoting in." I also got to see our Freshmen hard at work with Mrs. Carver learning about the Cell, and with Mr. Sanderson learning about how to determine slope on a graph. Great work!
