Our Library Club visited BookLady's Book Attic yesterday. The students learned about how the owner gets her books, her process for organizing them and got to pick out novels of their choice to fill our shelves. They also got to assist in the check-out process. We were able to add over 70 titles to our library!

Fun Friday's February Flexathon! Students & faculty participated in Face the Cookie, Tug-of-War, and GaGa Ball! Mr. Zvonek was first to eat the cookie, faculty pulled the sophomores over the line, but seniors dominated GaGa Ball--winning them the trophy again! #WeAreHBR
Tuesday was Greenhand Day for our first year FFA members!
Our Ag classes built bat houses! The houses will be donated to Dekalb County Forest a preserves. The students had an opportunity to work directly with the reclamation lead at the Afton Preserve!
IHSA Sectional play begins Tuesday, February 22nd! The Lady Royals take on Serena at 6pm. Tickets may be purchased at the link below, electronic ticketing is required by the IHSA for Sectionals.
