This morning’s severe weather caused flooding in the 5th grade wing. We need to take some time to extract the water, dry everything out, and thoroughly sanitize the area before we have students in the space. Because of this, we need to postpone the 5th Grade Academy, which was scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12, at 9:00 am.
I’m sorry for the change and any inconvenience this may cause. The rest of the building will still be open tomorrow, August 12, from 9:00–10:00 a.m. Students are welcome to stop in, pick up their schedules, and walk around the remainder of the building to get familiar with their new school.
Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. We can’t wait to welcome our newest middle school Royals!
