We are thrilled to announce that our very own STEAM teacher, Mrs. Delisio, has been selected from a nationwide pool of candidates to participate in the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum's Teacher Innovator Institute. Mrs. D will spend 2 weeks this summer in Washington, D.C. and 2 weeks again next summer, learning from top Smithsonian leaders. Mrs. Delisio is excited to learn so many new things about technology, aerospace, and history- and bring this knowledge back to our students here at HBRES. Congratulations to Mrs. Delisio! If you'd like to see the application video that students helped Mrs. D create, check it out here: https://youtu.be/dtoReeI2yBI
