If you wish to use an area of our school buildings or grounds for an activity or event, please send a request using the forms on this website. Dependent on the frequency of your request, you will either fill out the multiple dates request or single date request.
Once you are notified that your request has been approved, download the "Building Use Information and Requirements" agreement, sign and return it to the building secretary with your Certificate of Insurance and fee, if required.
For groups not related to the school district, a usage fee is required as well as a Certificate of Insurance. You will also be responsible for any janitorial fees incurred if custodians are required to work hours other than or beyond their regular work schedule.
